Bears are dog like mammals found all around the world. There are eight different species of bears that are found in a wild range of habitats in both the northern and southern hemisphere, mainly the American, Europe, Asia.
The mother bear will raise her cubs until they are old enough to live on their own. Bears are also good climbers and swimmers and can run for a short period of about 35mph . Bears are carnivorous but most species has adapted into herbivorous traits.
In northern Europe, locals believed that by wearing a shirt made of bear skin , the wearer would adopt to the powerful characteristics of the bear like courage and strength.
The Malaysian sun bear is the smallest of its species, the average adult sun bear measures about 1meters tall. The biggest bears are generally the Polar bear species found in manly Antarctica and path of Asia continent and measure over 3meter tall. Other species of bears that grows up to same height as the Polar bear are the grizzly bear found in North America and are uncommonly seen.
